About the Role

As a seasoned project development professional, you will be responsible for leading and executing projects in the South East Asia region. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Alfa Laval's quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced project development manager with a strong background in international project management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
