Food Production Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a food production specialist, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing facility.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and quality control procedures, as well as excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift heavy items and work at heights.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.

Other duties may include assisting with product development, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all preparation as instructed and ensure wastage is minimized.
  • Manage daily production process and quality.
  • Maintain and improve product standards, consistency and factory hygiene.
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory laws and requirements.
  • Ensure safety at workplace.
  • Track inventory and do regular stock checks.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
