Job Overview

A food production specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient preparation and packaging of food products. This position involves collaborating with other team members to oversee various stages of food production, from sorting and cleaning to quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food products for distribution by sorting, cleaning, and packaging them according to established procedures.
  • Participate in regular quality control checks to guarantee that food products meet high standards.
  • Monitor production processes and report any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Operate food preparation equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recipes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum O-Level/N-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift heavy products when required (up to 15kg).
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
