Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production planning schedules based on component availability, production manpower, and project priority.
  • Ensure on-time raw material delivery and receiving by coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams.
  • Collaborate with production teams to guarantee finish goods are delivered on time.
  • Identify and resolve material shortages, expediting good delivery to minimize production delays.
  • Coordinate 3rd-party warehouse activities for components delivery and collection of finished goods.
  • Revisit and revise production processes' standard times and QA test standard times annually.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP (PP module).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, material flow concepts, and production planning reporting.
