Job Title:
Sales and Operations Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Assistant to support our sales team. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance, coordinate tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in administration and coordination tasks, including maintaining proper filing systems and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Handle call-in and email sales inquiries, process orders, and provide sales and customer support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer listings and communicate requirements and activities to the salesperson.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess at least a Nitec, 'O' Level, or Diploma qualification and have experience in basic sales knowledge. Knowledge or experience in logistics is an advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, are essential. Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, is required.
Mandarin language skills are advantageous for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others is a must.
