Job Title

A Senior IT Business Analyst role is available.


As a senior IT business analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing business needs. You will also be skilled in preparing business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications. Additionally, you will have knowledge of evaluating current systems, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements. Your ability to conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis will be valuable. Experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) is required. Familiarity with test automation tools is an advantage.


You will have exposure to software release cycles, version control, and post-implementation support. A degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, business information systems, or a related field is required. Knowledge of requirements elicitation, requirements life cycle management, and software development models (e.g., waterfall, agile, scrum, PMP methodologies) is necessary. Familiarity with analysis planning, requirement analysis, and design definition is also required.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. You must be able to identify system gaps, evaluate feasibility, and recommend enhancements. Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications, documenting system interfaces, and supporting integration between legacy and new systems is required. Hands-on experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and integration testing, with the ability to prepare test plans, scenarios, and supporting documentation is necessary.


Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are needed to liaise between business users and technical teams. Systematic and detail-oriented, you must be able to handle ambiguity and propose effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Life Cycle Management, and Software Development Models.
  • Familiarity with Analysis Planning, Requirement Analysis, and Design Definition.
  • Experience in Translating Business Requirements into Functional Specifications.
  • Hands-on Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Integration Testing.
