Massage Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Lily DM Beauty Spa in Singapore. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional massage services and ensuring a welcoming experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver relaxing and rejuvenating massage services to our guests
  • Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility at all times
  • Set up and maintain spa and work stations, ensuring tidiness and cleanliness throughout your shift
  • Assist with laundry and linen management, replacing linens between sessions as needed
  • Sterilize equipment and ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed
  • Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms, providing a warm and inviting service
  • Consult with customers to determine their specific massage needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records and file documentation as required
  • Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations
