Role Overview

As a skilled Body Therapist and Reflexology Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch body treatments to clients. Your expertise will involve working one-on-one with clients, administering massages and other body conditioning treatments, and implementing effective treatments to address specific body parts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer various types of massages and body conditioning treatments to stimulate blood circulation, relax contracted muscles, and facilitate the elimination of toxins.
  • Treat clients with traditional Chinese medicine therapies or water treatments upon request.
  • Provide personalized guidance to clients on reducing or remedial exercises, as needed.
  • Examine clients and recommend customized body conditioning activities or treatments.
  • Accurately record all treatments provided to customers.
  • Manage a team of professionals and maintain a high level of staff satisfaction and motivation.
  • Oversee company operations and ensure smooth execution of staff duties.
  • Report operational performance and updates to management.

Requirements:

  • A relevant diploma qualification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-day workweek.
  • Willingness to perform overtime and long hours when necessary.
