Job Title: Body Therapist and Reflexology Supervisor

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Body Therapist and Reflexology Supervisor. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of this position include providing expert massage therapy and reflexology services to clients, while also supervising and managing a team of therapists. This will involve understanding the interaction of the body's muscles and treating specific body parts, as well as administering other body conditioning treatments as needed.

  • Administering various types of body conditioning treatments, including massage, kneading, rubbing, and stroking flesh.
  • Treating specific body parts using techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and stroking flesh.
  • Providing directions to clients on activities such as reducing or remedial exercises.
  • Examining clients and recommending body conditioning activities or treatments.
  • Recording treatments furnished to customers.

This role also involves supervising and managing the team, which includes recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant Diploma qualification and at least 5 years of experience in the field. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to commit to working 6 days a week and being willing to do overtime and long hours if needed.
