Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:
The successful candidate will assist in the procurement process, sourcing and comparing quotes to ensure timely material supply and cost-effectiveness. This role requires developing and executing procurement plans, managing supplier relationships, and participating in negotiations to enhance terms and secure more favourable conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers;
- Conduct thorough supplier evaluations and management;
- Participate in procurement negotiations to achieve better terms;
- Monitor market trends, report price and quality fluctuations, and provide valuable insights for procurement decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively coordinate internal and external resources;
- Familiarity with procurement processes, with a strong focus on cost consciousness and data analysis ability;
- Ability to handle supplier relationships independently, with strong problem-solving skills;
- Meticulous work ethic, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, and teamwork spirit.
