About the Role

As a Cyber Risk Manager at IHiS, you will play a critical role in conducting cyber risk assessments for IT Systems, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving security architecture reviews. Your expertise will help identify vulnerabilities and develop effective controls to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cyber risk assessments for IT systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigating controls
  • Ensure compliance with IT system policies and regulations through regular reviews and audits
  • Drive security architecture reviews to optimize control implementation and reduce risks
  • Conduct thematic assessments to evaluate the overall cybersecurity posture of IT systems
  • Validate artefacts for assessments and audits to ensure effective issue resolution

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in cyber defense roles, with a proven track record of managing complex security threats
  • Extensive experience in conducting risk and compliance assessments, with a deep understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Good knowledge of NIST cybersecurity framework implementation and its practical applications
  • Experience with platform, network, and application technologies, as well as good problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and locations
  • Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of management
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
