Operations Liaison Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Liaison Officer to serve as a key link between our organization and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

This role involves coordinating and managing communication efforts, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.

As a Liaison Officer, you will represent the organization in various forums and events, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and promoting our interests.

You will also work closely with internal teams to address stakeholder concerns and feedback, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of liaison activities, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex issues effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
