Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team. As a Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to the highest standards.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar area.
  • FOLLOW PROPER FOOD AND BEVERAGE SAFETY AND HYGIENE PRACTICES.
  • Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed.
  • Manage customer feedback and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Requirements

To be successful as a Coffee Connoisseur, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for coffee and creating excellent beverages.
  • A friendly, positive, and energetic attitude.
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
  • An attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
