About the role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Field Marketing Strategies: Lead the field marketing team in creating localized marketing strategies that align with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies while addressing region-specific needs. Ensure campaign effectiveness by continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data and market insights.
  • Integrated Marketing: Oversee the design and implementation of integrated marketing plans with a strong emphasis on digital channels, ensuring cohesive execution across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for the field marketing team, collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with account priorities and revenue goals. Regularly report on campaign results and lead the team in optimizing campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels, maintaining consistent messaging and results-driven tactics.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Optimization: Utilize marketing analytics, performance metrics, and market research to extract actionable insights. Optimize marketing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition, and retention. Proficiency in using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI is essential.
  • Event Management: Take ownership of regional event strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. Partner with central events teams to ensure seamless collaboration between field team, events team, and sales to drive attendance, engagement, and measurable outcomes from events.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, central marketing, and research network teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies. Foster a cross-functional approach for integrated marketing campaigns that resonate at the regional level.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they are proficient in digital marketing and cross-channel campaign execution. Guide the team in adopting and mastering digital tools and integrated strategies across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-15 years of field marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), event management, and integrated campaign management. B2B marketing experience is essential.
  • Digital Expertise: Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation, and analytics. Experience leading digital-first marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Creativity and Program Development: Proven ability to creatively develop and launch new marketing programs and initiatives with the team. You should bring fresh ideas to the table and foster innovation in campaign creation and execution.
  • Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, business priorities, and customer needs. You should be able to pivot marketing strategies and tactics with speed and efficiency, ensuring efforts remain relevant and impactful.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing: Strong experience in leading cross-channel campaigns, seamlessly integrating efforts across digital platforms, events, email marketing, social media, and more, to deliver a cohesive and effective customer experience.
  • Positive Attitude: A strong positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be a team player with excellent collaboration skills, capable of motivating and inspiring others.
  • Analytical Skills & Campaign Insights: Strong ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to continuously pivot and improve digital campaigns. Proficiency in using analytics tools to track KPIs, CAC, LTV, and ROI is essential.
  • Lead Management Understanding: Solid understanding of lead management processes and best practices, working closely with sales, marketing, and marketing operations teams to ensure a robust and seamless lead management flow for your team. Ability to train and lead team on best practices, and align field marketing campaigns for demand gen, lead nurturing, and handover processes to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion.
  • Event Management Expertise: Proven track record in planning and executing both physical and digital events that significantly contribute to lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams, aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives and customer engagement goals. Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, remaining resilient under pressure while delivering results. Strong problem-solving capabilities, focusing on continuous improvement in marketing processes and outcomes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in marketing, business, or related fields.
