Digital Client Success Specialist

Description:

The Digital Client Success Specialist will be the primary point of contact for institutional and VIP clients across TradeFi and Web3 sectors.

This role requires proactive relationship-building with existing clients in APAC and Middle East regions through regular communication, outreach, and a deep understanding of their business needs.

Collaboration with internal teams is necessary to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and deliver exceptional service.

Supporting the Vice President in product development initiatives involves market research, product testing, and feedback gathering to drive continuous improvement.

Daily operations involve coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance efficiency and ensure the successful execution of strategic projects.

Preparing and presenting reports on client interactions, market trends, and performance metrics informs decision-making and strategy formulation.

Requirements:
  • In-depth product knowledge gained from prior experience in cryptocurrency or banking sectors allows articulation of complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven client management skills include establishing and maintaining robust relationships, conducting thorough client profiling, and implementing personalized account management strategies.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, along with strong analytical and communication skills engage clients effectively at all levels.
  • A solid educational background preferably in business, finance, or related fields.
  • Genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry demonstrated by ongoing engagement with industry developments, trends, and best practices; relevant industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment demonstrates adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
