We are looking for a highly skilled General Ledger Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Timely submission of relevant financial data and ensuring its accuracy are essential tasks.

You will prepare reports and updates as needed, perform end-to-end accounting tasks, and monthly reporting. Data organization for consolidation is also a key responsibility. Vendor invoices, payments, receipts, accruals, and other month-end journals must be accurately posted into the accounting system.

Additionally, you will organize and maintain up-to-date financial records and cash flow. Ensuring entries of expenses, claims, invoices, and other accounting documents are accurate is crucial. Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare reports and updates as needed
