Singapore Accountstaff (EA) Full time
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled General Ledger Clerk to join our team at Accountstaff (EA). As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable cycle, from generating invoices to tracking outstanding payments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating accurate and timely invoices, delivery orders, credit/debit notes, and statements of accounts.
  • FOLLOWING UP on outstanding AR invoices to ensure prompt payment.
  • Tracking project maintenance and triggering PM when it is/going to be due for billing.
  • Tracking projects billing milestone.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of receipts.
  • Preparing AR aging reports on a timely basis and escalating collection issues to the Reporting Officer.
  • Communicating with internal/external stakeholders on billing queries or payment queries.
  • Performing GST output tax reconciliation.
  • Assisting in month-end closing procedures.
  • Preparing monthly schedules.

You will need:

  • A Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
