Job Title: Senior Solar Project Manager

Are you a skilled project manager with expertise in solar projects? Do you have experience managing large-scale construction projects?

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our senior solar project management team.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets, and tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

A successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with data center operations, energy efficiency, and sustainability is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project planning, coordination, and execution

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in solar or renewable energy
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data center operations, energy efficiency, and sustainability is a plus
