Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Project Manager (Solar)
to lead the execution of HDB, C&I (commercial and industrial) and microgrid solar projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for solar PV installations.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress, addressing issues proactively.
Provide timely reporting to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering solar projects on time and within budget – experience in SolarNova projects is a plus
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, permitting processes, and grid connection requirements.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6 and other relevant project tools.
