IT Infrastructure Specialist

As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality infrastructure desktop support to trading users in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, network, operating systems, and applications.
You will work closely with various support teams to meet trading users' requests and issues. You will also coordinate onboarding and movement of trading users, setting up access permissions and IT hardware.
Additionally, you will manage and lead small infrastructure projects, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met. You will document and update technical support processes and user guides in the knowledge base.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant IT degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Desktop support experience in a fast-paced trading environment
- Strong analytical skills
