Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about quality and excellence.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all aircraft spares meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • This involves inspecting aircraft spares, verifying accompanying documents from OEMs, vendors, and suppliers, and working on continuous improvement projects to enhance work areas and procedures.
  • An additional key responsibility is to facilitate periodic audits from civil aviation authorities and customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Other important duties include maintaining Shelf Life records for aircraft spares with limited life, monitoring and conducting surveillance audits on all stores activities within the Bonded Stores, and raising Discrepancy Reports for any discrepancies found on any aircraft spares in the Bonded Stores.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.

You will also need to have relevant experience in the aviation industry, although this is not essential.
