Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting aircraft spares, verifying accompanying documents, and facilitating audits from regulatory bodies and customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft spares to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Verify all documentation related to aircraft spares, including OEMs, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of shelf life for aircraft spares with limited life.
  • Monitor and conduct surveillance audits on all stores activities within the Bonded Stores.
  • Raise discrepancy reports for any discrepancies found during inspections or audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
