We are seeking an experienced and professional Food and Beverage Ambassador to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury hotel setting, providing exceptional service to guests from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders and maximize sales through product knowledge and suggestions, ensuring accuracy by repeating orders to guests.
- Ensure clear and accurate order-taking for effective service by the cashier and kitchen staff.
- Assist guests with seating and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages in the restaurant or banquet areas with a smile.
- Assist with setup and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Participate in daily briefings and monthly meetings to discuss service aspects.
- Promote restaurant specialties and serve according to standards.
- Help guests as needed and clear tables after service.
Experience in all areas of Food and Beverage service, especially fine dining. Professional appearance and interpersonal skills. Understanding of luxury guest expectations and a desire to exceed them. Ability to initiate contact and build rapport. Efficient time and work organization. Excellent communication skills.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
