Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer and partner problems are properly analyzed, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers have instant access to their software products, and that all orders are processed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and resolve customer and partner issues related to software access and product inquiries.

  2. Communicate effectively with customers and partners across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email.

  3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to support needs and issues.
