Job Description
  • Respond to customer enquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist callers with specialist referrals, appointment scheduling, and navigating our applications and platforms.
  • Process the issuance of Letter of Guarantee for inpatient cases.
Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve routine to complex issues, including handling complaints and escalations.
  • Prioritize tasks to achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service background, preferably within a call/contact centre.
  • Prior experience with healthcare insurance providers is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Strong active listening skills.
