Job Description- Respond to customer enquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist callers with specialist referrals, appointment scheduling, and navigating our applications and platforms.
- Process the issuance of Letter of Guarantee for inpatient cases.
- Resolve routine to complex issues, including handling complaints and escalations.
- Prioritize tasks to achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Outstanding customer service background, preferably within a call/contact centre.
- Prior experience with healthcare insurance providers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
