Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Pharmacist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing pharmaceutical care in various clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, ambulatory care and community settings.
  • Recommending and monitoring drug therapy to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Providing drug information to other healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Identifying, resolving and preventing drug-related problems.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in pharmacy education, research and development, as well as provide training for interns, pharmacy students, pre-registration Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or retail environment.
  • Strong oral and writing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
