**Job Title:** Senior Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the care, welfare, and well-being of residents, as well as handling daily nursing operations and implementing nursing requirements and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and monitor the care, welfare, and well-being of residents;
  • Implement nursing policies and procedures;
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on resident needs and service improvement;
  • Plan and implement new services, programs, and activities;
  • Record, safe-keep, and administer medication and subcutaneous injections;
  • Assist doctors during ward rounds and follow-up on recommended changes.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Diploma or degree in nursing;
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board;
  • Possess a valid practicing certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board;
  • Candidates with clinical experience in pediatrics wards are welcome to apply;
  • Able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Able to motivate, lead, and supervise junior staff;
  • Proactive and supportive in carrying out new initiatives.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • ICU experience;
  • Quality Improvement knowledge;
  • Treatment and administration skills;
  • Healthcare and infection control expertise;
  • Pediatric care specialization;
  • Medication administration and management skills.
