Job Description:We are seeking an accomplished Staff Nurse with expertise in conducting patient care assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation to support optimal health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will apply proficient clinical nursing skills and specialized techniques in patient care delivery, while staying updated with current nursing trends and practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Key Responsibilities include supporting physicians during surgical procedures, providing comprehensive post-operative and quality nursing care, and participating in the upkeep and handling of surgical tools and equipment to ensure safety for both staff and patients.
Patient satisfaction is also a top priority, with the ability to address and resolve quality or service-related concerns effectively.
The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with the healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and carry out responsibilities as delegated by the Nurse Manager.
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Experience in Operating Theatre
