Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Skincare Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and promoting premium skincare services and products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze customers' skin issues and provide personalized solutions.

About the Role

As a Professional Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting individual sales targets by providing expert advice and guidance to clients on our range of premium skincare services and products.

You will engage with customers, establish relationships and ensure their needs are met through professional and courteous interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify customers' skin issues professionally and offer solutions through our premium services and products.
  • Engage and establish good relationships with prospects.
  • Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their needs are fulfilled and handled professionally.
  • Educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Aggressive in customer care and therefore translating into good sales.
  • Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients on different treatment packages.
