The Opportunity
There is a brilliant opportunity for a
Project Strategy and Delivery Leader

to join us in Singapore, supporting to lead a team and manage market operations to provide targeted solutions to Clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating successful delivery of work and growth prospects.

You will be joining as the Leader of a pre-existing team of professionals providing support to markets and portfolios (for eg, Transport, Buildings, Energy, Environment and Society etc) to facilitate delivery of bids and projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Team leadership – leading a team of professionals, developing careers, and organic growth, strategically to align with company values and market demands.
  • Project delivery – project professional experienced in roles of Project Manager on large scale complex projects and/or Project Director on medium to high complexity projects.
  • Ability to manage projects to time, cost and scope, an experienced in contract administration and commercial management
  • Portfolio performance – accountable for performance of the Project Strategy and Delivery Market in Singapore, including team workload, revenue, and investments in line with budget.
  • Winning work – identifying opportunities, ensuring best combination of technical and commercial resources for project, programme and commercial management, integrated delivery partnership, digital advisory, and technical leadership.


About You:

  • You will have experience successfully leading high performing teams.
  • You will have practical experience supporting project development, procurement management, project and commercial management, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • You will understand key technical requirements and identify deliverables and outcomes required to fulfil client's requirements.
  • You will understand goals and metrics that drive business, financial and project performance and manages scope and time of self and others to optimise team performance and efficiency.
  • You will have contemporary relationships with the Singapore infrastructure industry and delivery entities.
  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with people, project and time management skills.
  • You will have qualifications relevant to project management, construction management or similar.
