Job Title: Mold Fitter

The Mold Fitter will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and quality control of molds on production machines.

  • Mold Installation: The Mold Fitter will install new molds on production machines ensuring precise alignment and readiness for injection molding operations.
  • Mold Maintenance: The Mold Fitter will inspect, troubleshoot and repair existing molds to maintain performance and extend service life.
  • Quality & Troubleshooting: The Mold Fitter will conduct dimensional checks using measurement tools and resolve issues impacting mold functionality.
  • Workflow Management: The Mold Fitter will plan and organize tasks to meet schedules and KPIs ensuring smooth mold changeovers and uninterrupted production.
  • Collaboration: The Mold Fitter will work closely with team members and other departments demonstrating strong communication skills and openness to learning new methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification: Minimum 'N' Level certification is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in mold fitting or related roles is required.
  • Skills: Skilled in reading and interpreting 2D engineering drawings and have hands-on experience in milling and grinding operations.
