Job Title: Mold Fitting Specialist

As a skilled Mold Fitter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production machines. Your expertise will be crucial in installing new molds, mounting and setting them up with precision to ensure readiness for injection molding operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Install new molds, mounting and setting them up with precision to ensure readiness for injection molding operations.
  • Maintain existing molds through inspection, troubleshooting, and repair to extend their service life.
  • Conduct dimensional checks using measurement tools to resolve issues impacting mold functionality.
  • Plan and organize tasks to meet schedules and KPIs, ensuring uninterrupted production.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other departments, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum 'N' Level certification.
  • Possess 3–5 years of experience in mold fitting or related roles.
  • Be skilled in reading and interpreting 2D engineering drawings.
  • Have hands-on experience in milling and grinding operations, which is a strong advantage.
