Senior / Leader, Medical Device Technology Management

Job Overview
The Medical Device Technology Manager oversees key administrative and operational activities critical to the operation of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) for medical devices at a healthcare institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate data analysis to inform management decisions and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Work with Biomedical Engineering (BME) teams to ensure robust risk management frameworks for IoMT medical devices connected to IT networks.
- Develop asset inventory, implement standards and procedures for IoMT medical devices, and assess work instructions to minimize risks.
- Provide secretariat support and participate in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
- At least 6 years of experience in IT, operations, and risk management with medical device systems understanding.
- Strong knowledge of IT processes, operations, and their relationship with BME processes.
- Working knowledge of best practices in mitigating security risks for IoMT medical devices.
- Experience in healthcare facilities projects an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
