Job Title: Senior IT Auditor

 

  • This is a key role in our organization that will play a critical part in maintaining the high standards of our IT auditing practice.

 

Job Description

The role involves planning, coordinating and performing IT audits of financial and other systems, including system development and data management procedures. Key responsibilities include reviewing IT control design and operating effectiveness, identifying risks associated with IT systems, extracting and processing different types of datasets for analysis and audit tests, supporting project management tasks and providing detailed working papers and supporting documents.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field and 2-3 years relevant working experience. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, word, power point, Visio, outlook) and data analytics tools like Idea and Power BI.

 

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of IT applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics would be an added advantage. Additionally, proficiency in internal audit, data management, project management, data analytics, Power BI and Audit would be beneficial.
