CRM Data Insights Analyst

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tapestry team as a CRM specialist, where you will play a key role in providing data insights and driving business growth. As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging CRM data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reports and dashboards that measure overall customer acquisition and retention, including consumer analytics and customer pipeline models.
- Understand the overall business performance and challenges, and leverage CRM data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Leverage loyalty program analysis to provide insights and recommendations to determine action plans.
- Provide a roadmap to drive customer acquisition and exceed targets.
- Manage customer communications, including SMS and email marketing.
- Monitor the performance of CRM promotions and manage customer databases.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on customers and translate it into actionable insights.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in CRM in FMCG or Retail industries.
- Superior proficiency in Excel.
- Comfortable with data crunching and reporting.
- Drive and be proactive to problem-solve or initiate improvements.
- Organized and highly collaborative within departments.
- A team player attitude and be people-oriented.
- A pleasant and mature personality.
- Comfort in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and independence.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English.
