Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs of lifts and escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Supervise and monitor the work of maintenance personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with lifts and escalators in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our construction management team to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with construction projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure maximum uptime.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lift and escalator maintenance and repair.
  • Possession of a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
