Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical expert to lead our System 3R tooling and automation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring optimal performance in precision manufacturing and machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support and application knowledge for System 3R tooling and automation systems, including setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their machining requirements and recommend tailored System 3R tooling solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients and internal teams on the use of System 3R products.
  • Assist in the design and development of custom tooling solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of System 3R products into client workflows.
  • Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of System 3R systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in tooling technology, and System 3R product developments.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance tooling performance and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in precision machining, tooling systems, or a related engineering role.
  • Knowledge of System 3R tooling systems or similar automation/tooling technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, CNC machining, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and machining specifications.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for installations, training, or support as needed.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, CAM systems, or other relevant tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
