Payroll Manager
Description:We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Payroll Executive to manage the full spectrum of payroll functions for our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while complying with local regulations, statutory reporting, and company policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing monthly payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner. This includes maintaining and updating payroll records including new hires, terminations, variable payments, and deductions.
The role requires ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF, IRAS (AIS & Form IR8A), SDL, NS Make-up Pay, and SHG contributions. Additionally, the candidate will manage submission of payroll-related statutory filings to relevant government agencies.
The position also involves handling salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, claims, and reimbursements. Furthermore, the candidate will prepare monthly payroll reports, costing reports, and other related documents.

Key Responsibilities:
