
Aerospace Planning Executive – Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Planning Professional to support operational excellence within our aerospace programs.
This role is critical in coordinating aircraft allocation, managing work schedules, monitoring spare parts availability, and ensuring timely aircraft delivery.
- Coordinate aircraft allocation and maintenance scheduling to meet operational timelines
- Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability to support maintenance and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure job instructions are executed accurately and on time
- Analyze resource utilization and recommend improvements to optimize workflow and reduce delays
- Support planning activities across supply chain, logistics, and engineering functions
- Track progress of ongoing tasks and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within planning and operational processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or materials coordination—preferably within the aerospace or aviation industry
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance cycles, spares management, and operational planning
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in planning tools and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
