These are mission-critical projects with timelines extending beyond three years, directly supporting national-level operations.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Lead project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage resources, risks, and change effectively
  • Maintain proactive communication through regular reporting to both clients and senior management
  • Ensure smooth execution in a 24/7 operational environment, including occasional on-site work on Saturdays
  • Apply strategic thinking to mitigate risks and adapt swiftly to evolving project requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* At least 10 years of experience in IT and engineering projects, with a minimum of 5 years in hands-on project management roles leading large-scale turnkey initiatives
* Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets
* PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
