About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Risk Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Governance and Experience (GNE) team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing end-to-end programmes that preserve trust and uplift the user experience for TikTok Local Services.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of risk anti-fraud experts to drive and create impactful data-driven policies and strategies. This includes devising anti-fraud strategies to ensure the health of the ecosystem, analysing issues based on data and user feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement measures to enhance ecosystem health.

You will also establish policies to govern anti-fraud and circumvention scenarios within TikTok Local Services, ensuring mechanisms and systems are in place to implement developed anti-fraud strategies and policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead & develop a small team of risks anti-fraud experts
  • Devise data-driven anti-fraud strategies to ensure trust and health of the ecosystem
  • Analyse issues based on data and user feedback; formulate specific anti-fraud strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement measures to enhance ecosystem health
  • Establish policies to govern anti-fraud and circumvention scenarios
  • Manage risks by balancing alongside enabling growth for legitimate Merchants and Content Creators
Requirements:
  • Strong Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on and in-depth experience in driving data-driven anti-fraud and governance programmes
  • 3+ years managerial experience within related fields
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
