Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies to estimate costs for construction projects. You will prepare, negotiate, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating work efforts to ensure timely completion. Additionally, you will advise on legal and contractual issues, valuing completed work to arrange for payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements;
  • Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors;
  • Maintain proper documentation for all tenders;
  • Sourcing of quotations and evaluating quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors;

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical and organisational skills. You should be a team player with excellent initiative skills, able to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is also required.
