Job Title: Robot Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the management of our robotic cleaning fleet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training, and supervising a team of cleaners in operating and maintaining these advanced systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing data analytics to improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • Qualifications:
  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Robotics, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in robotics management and data analysis in an operational environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of cleaners in operating and maintaining a robotic cleaning fleet.
  • Provide training and support to ensure effective use of robotic systems.
  • Analyze data from robotic operations to improve efficiency and cleaning outcomes.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Changi Airport
