Robot Fleet Operations Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the effective management and optimization of robotic systems in cleaning operations.

This involves enhancing productivity by analyzing data from operational platforms, such as HIVE, IFS, and AIMS, to generate actionable insights that improve on-ground cleaning operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and robotics, with a strong focus on customer service and first responder skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying and monitoring cleaning robots during operations
  • Performing daily troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Utilizing data analytics to optimize robotic deployment and increase completion rates
  • Leading innovation initiatives and implementing new technologies or methods in cleaning automation

Working hours are 6 days a week, with three shifts: 7AM-3PM, 11AM-7PM, and 7PM-7AM. The working location is at Changi Airport.
