About Us:

FEI YUE COMMUNITY SERVICES is a reputable organization providing upstream support to children from low-income families in the areas of early childhood development, health, and social support. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Development Programme Officer - KidSTART.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of programme activities, assessing and monitoring the needs of children and their families, and developing holistic case plans to address these needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining updated information of KidSTART families in internal systems;
  • Support intake assessment of referrals;
  • Conduct assessments on children's developmental needs and support case workers in information gathering;
  • Develop and implement holistic child-centric case plans to address barriers and ensure smooth program progression;
  • Engage with children and parents to provide knowledge and skills on meeting child's developmental needs;
  • Deliver last mile support to families through home visits and other means.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or Psychology preferred;
  • 2-3 years' experience in social service, working with families or early childhood education sector;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Organized, meticulous, and adaptable to changes;
  • Able to work at least two evenings per week;
  • Contract basis, full-time or part-time welcomed;
  • Location: Choa Chu Kang.
