Research Assistant

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society is seeking a Research Assistant to join our research unit.


Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with research participants, members of the research unit and other professionals.
  • Carry out data collection, data entry and analysis.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to research projects.
  • Conduct literature searches in academic journals.
  • Assist in preparation of research reports, findings and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct fieldwork when required.

The suitable candidate will have expertise in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical, time management and communication skills. Experience working in large multidisciplinary teams and on qualitative/quantitative research projects is preferred.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, cognitive neuroscience or related disciplines from an accredited university.

Other information: Experience/interest in early childhood/early intervention/social services may be beneficial for this role.
