The Head of Early Intervention will lead, manage, and grow the early intervention department within our ABA company. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of high-quality, evidence-based early intervention programs, supervising clinical teams, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary professionals to support optimal outcomes for young children with developmental delays or autism spectrum disorder.

Job Description of Head of Early Intervention:

Leadership & Strategy
  • Provide visionary leadership to the early intervention team, aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Develop strategic plans for expanding early intervention services, including new programs and partnerships.
  • Monitor and improve service quality through data analysis, outcome tracking, and parent satisfaction feedback.
Clinical Oversight
  • Ensure all early intervention programs are grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise early interventionists, and therapy assistants; provide ongoing training and performance feedback.
  • Oversee individualized program development, implementation, and review, especially for children aged 0–6.
Team Development
  • Build a strong, collaborative team culture that promotes professional growth and ethical practice.
  • Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision for early intervention team members.
  • Conduct regular clinical meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
Family & Community Collaboration
  • Engage families as partners in care planning, goal setting, and progress reviews.
  • Facilitate parent education sessions and support programs.
  • Coordinate services with schools, allied health professionals, and government agencies.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee clinical audits and outcome reporting.
  • Manage departmental budget and resources efficiently.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of clinical experience in ABA, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in early intervention and working with children under 6.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, autism spectrum disorder, and evidence-based practices.
