Process Engineer

As a pioneer in the field of semiconductors, our branch is expanding its production capacity and embarking on a groundbreaking project - building the world's first 22-nanometer production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automated Material Handling System (AMHS): Manage performance metrics, daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting while collaborating with vendors.
  • Process Optimization: Develop new functions or tune existing systems to enhance EQ/system performance.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interact with IT, manufacturing, EQ/Process owner, and vendors to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
  • Project Management: Lead initiatives focusing on cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, commitment to innovative solutions, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in basic IT infrastructure setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Candidates with relevant AMHS hardware commissioning and maintenance experience may be considered for senior positions.
