About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the purchasing and inventory management of ingredients for our banquet kitchen at Orchid Country Club. Your expertise will be essential in controlling food wastage, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and executing production orders efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the purchase requisition process to ensure timely delivery of ingredients
* Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent over-purchasing and maintain healthy stock levels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support events at Orchid Country Club
Skill Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in SAP S/4 HANA transactions, and possess strong administration and unloading skills. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Excel is highly valued.
