Operations Coordinator Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our operations effectively.
About the Role:
- Job Allocation: Allocate jobs to technicians and workers going on site, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Timesheet Management: Receive, review, and validate employee timesheet submissions for accuracy and completeness, in compliance with company policy.
- Timely Approval: Ensure timely approval in accordance with payroll deadlines.
- Coordination: Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and payroll to correct discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field; relevant administrative experience also considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or timekeeping systems required.
- Priorities: Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities necessary to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaboration and problem-solving.
